If you want anything that is much like Jitter's matrices you'd need
GridFlow instead of GEM/PDP; for that topic it's the closest to Jitter.
(for more ordinary matrices there are some other externals, that may be
more appropriate than GridFlow, such as IEM-Matrix, depending on the exact
transformations that you want to do and what kind of data you want to work
on: images themselves, various byproducts of images, or also completely
different data (e.g. if you use Jitter for sound analysis in order to
generate videos from it...)
