No. ;) Dotfiles on unix generally are used for configuration only, not for documents. E.g. a mail software like Mutt has its config files in ~/.mutt/ but mails in ~/Mail/ or so. Same for ~/.openoffice etc. So offering a ~/.pd for documents doesn't make much sense.
