Just curious if anyone else has tried this before I have a go:
A table in which I can make an arbitrary number of breakpoints, for both
the top and bottom part of the range. See attached image for clarity.
The idea is that I can use the top set of breakpoints as the upper limit
of a random range, and the bottom set as the lower limit.
