Well, I basically could guess, but I consider that use of the term to be
abusive. But there are lots of variations of opinion and even more ways of
stating it and I wanted to know what Simon would come up with.
It's not a set of principles, but a rhetorical technique that company A
uses to publicly rail against regulation X, which doesn't benefit them,
while quietly lobbying for regulation Y, which does. It's more
persuasive than saying, "One dollar one vote."
Interesting. I haven't heard it that way before.
