I don't think you can use gui-plugins with 0.42.5, but there is an older drop-in replacement for the helpbrowser-- you can get it here: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3585469&group_id=55736&atid=478072 Just replace helpbrowser.tcl with my version. Then you can bring it up with <ctrl-b>.
