Here is the commit that fixed that for Windows: https://github.com/pure-data/pure-data/commit/5dadaf43c9206823b434d11c6cc6c6e6be020dc3 As you can see, that was fixed with 0.43-2, but not with older versions. As there is no harm to keep the old statically linked version, I still keep this, just to be backward compatible.
