Because there`s no need for an 3th pty .dll

Note:For the tests I get the 3th pty .dlls from
“Pd-0.44.0-extended-windowsxp-i386.zip”, I only had trouble with
“libgnurx-0.dll” which was substituted with one I found on the net.
