For a (modern) fat build: ./mac/tcltk-wish.sh --universal 8.6.12
However make sure to try the generated Wish-8.6.12.app. I have no problems making a universal build, however the resulting Wish doesn't *run* and a generated Pd.app using it as a source would not run either.
