Umm, I see. However I believe it is not problematic translating this string, since it is not a licence, but a a brief notice saying this is free software and referencing to the real license. For this string, I have used the same wording as the translation usually employed by the GNU spanish translation team -the one used in GNU grep for instance. The fact that they translate the string makes me think that there is no problem in doing so.
You're absolutely right, this is just a brief notice, not the LICENSE. I'll translate it soon (I just want to take a look at someone else's translation of this notice in french).
