Hi Tom How awful? Is it the resolution? Something I've seen trip people up is in the Print - Print Options in Quark. Can be that in the Pictures pane under the Output option, someone has selected "Rough" or "Low Resolution". We find the designers select that option to speed up the laser-printing process and when the doc gets printed to ps, we overlook setting it on "Normal" again. Maybe?
