Yes, this is possible.
You would take your original document, and then change the page (menu Document --> Replace Pages) and the only thing you then will have to do is rearrange your hotspots (being links or fields).

I have some logical diagrams that I have hotspotted (tagged). The user click those hotspots and a java script call related documents, etc.... It takes me a day to hotspot a whole diagram.
My problem is: this diagram can after some months be reviewed and some part will be change as well as the items I hotspotted.
Question: is anyway to save the hotspots and after I review the original file and convert it into pdf to have the hotspots back?
