I only have the Acrobat Reader, version 4.0 running on Windows NT.
I used PDFedit995 to try and convert the URLs to links in this
file.

Because I don't have the full Acrobat. I only have the Acrobat Reader.
So I'm trying to just use the PDFedit995 software to create this PDF
file.
