I only have the Acrobat Reader, version 4.0 running on Windows NT. I used PDFedit995 to try and convert the URLs to links in this file.
Then I would say that's a bug in PDFedit995 and you should consider moving up to Adobe Acrobat, which doesn't have such problems...
