[PDF-Basics] PDF - converting Word to PDF

I use Word 2002.  I create documents and black-line changes using the tracking feature.  When I convert to PDF, all the changes are “accepted” and do not show as black-lines.  I didn’t have this problem with Adobe 5.0 but have it now with 6.0.    Help.
