I am not sure which 'aforementioned' file is. Maybe I missed a part of this thread. Anyway, my CAD files were large, (actually larger than the 3M files Bob mentioned - mine were about 10-13M apiece, which is quite normal for CAD) and had lots of dither. Unfortunately I cannot share due to legal paranoia...
