You could do this with Illustrator or Freehand, and save as an EPS file. Converted fonts, however, don't look that great in PDF's. You could convert the vector art to bitmaps, but in small sizes bitmaps are hard to read.Thanks, folks, but I think I’ll keep it simple and choose another font.
I would choose a new font or find someone that has Skia without font embedding restrictions (i.e. PostScript).

Given the font 'problem' you need to get your logo plus address details converted to curves/outlines prior to producing the pdf files. Easily done with the right software
