[PDF-Basics] Dynamic PDF Options

I am interested in finding out what my options are for being able to take input from a web page and then generating several PDF files which can be printed out and signed.  I have done quite a few searches on the web but have not been able to find anything that seems to be a clear cut way to go.  I would prefer the option to be free, but understand that some money might need to be shelled out.   Thanks,   Jim
