I am interested in finding out what my options are for being able to take input from a web page and then generating several PDF files which can be printed out and signed. I have done quite a few searches on the web but have not been able to find anything that seems to be a clear cut way to go. There is no single approach - there are MANY different approaches, each with a variety of software that can used to implement that solutions.

You really need to start with a DETAILED description of your requirements - OS platform, data source format(s), layout/template languages, programming/integration languages, etc.

Once you know what your needs/requirements are, THEN you can start looking for products (free or otherwise) to fill them...
