Title: Message
Your mistake was to scan in the document as it is now simply a 'picture' rather than a collection of lines, boxes and letters. You either need the original document or an OCR program if you intend to edit the original text in any program.

I scanned in a form(doc) but now I want to edit a line of the scanned form.
