I guess this is hard to overcome.
Much like opening a book and memorizing
content for later use.
Once you open a file for others, you have
created a method to overcome your security.
Even if you did disable screen scrapes, some
person may retype the content into another computer system.
If you do not want people to copy what you
have created, do not make it available to read.
Unscrupulous people still live.

Subject: [PDF-Basics] PDF Documents - Security Features
When you create a PDF document with Adobe
Acrobat and add security features to the document to prevent others from
saving, copying, or printing the document, these security features can be
simply defeated by doing a screen capture with Windows. Once the screen
capture has been made, the image can be saved, printed, copied, or forwarded
to others. Is there any way to overcome this security weakness with PDF
documents that you want to be more secure? I understand I can password
protect the document, but once it has been opened by an authorized user they
can defeat the security features I have applied by using the Windows screen
capture approach.
