How many businesses ask for proposals as a means of gathering free ideas and expertise? There is only so much one can do to protect one's rights and interests. A certain degree of ethical violations is to be expected duing life's travels. It's sad, but true. Much like opening a book and memorizing content for later use. Once you open a file for others, you have created a method to overcome your security. Even if you did disable screen scrapes, some person may retype the content into another computer system. If you do not want people to copy what you have created, do not make it available to read. Unscrupulous people still live.
