oh, and when you create the link the properties box has two tabs. One is "Actions", the other "Appearance". Invisible/visible is on the Appearance tab. Once you set it, that's what it is until you change it.

It defaults to whatever the last thing you had it set to. If you change it to Invisible then it will default to invisible.

I have recently upgraded from 4.5 to 6 (on Windows
2000), and have found that the PDFMaker option for the
link appearance is set by default to visible
rectangle. I have looked in Change Conversion Settings
and in the help, but I cannot find a way to change the
links to invisible. I'm sure I'm missing something
obvious....
