Hmmm, thank you Max for your not so encouraging response (not your fault,
just the fault of the situation).

As you can see, I am working for the Ontario (province of Canada)
government, in a small ministry and I may be the person with the most
knowledge of Accessible PDFs in this ministry but I am looking for more
help. There is so much public information on Accessible Web pages but there
is little on Accessible PDFs (although the most vocal advocates of
accessible web pages are sometimes the most vocal against accessible PDFs).

It turns out (from looking at my Send folder in Outlook) that I had simply
sent the same question twice and, although you were good enough to respond
to my query about whether or not this is the right forum for these
questions, I still don't know the answer to my <TH> question.
