I created a comment in my PDF document that appears on screen when the document is opened, but does not print. However, I do not want the icon to print either -- I want the printed document to look EXACTLY like the original PDF before I added the comment. Is there a way to do this in Acrobat v5 or v6? If not, is there a plug-in that allows it? (Making the comment color white doesn't work; it still prints an outline of the icon.)
