Are you using 6? I added a comment to an existing pdf and printed without any indication that I added a comment. There is a check box in the commenting preferences (Edit>Preferences-Commenting) that you should uncheck to not have the comments print or check if you want the opposite. Also, in 6, the print dialogue box has a drop down that gives you the option of printing just the document, document and comments, or form fields only. If you don't have these options on the version your currently using then I suggest you upgrade. Another satisfied customer. =] ~James Opinions expressed are mine and we all know how painful that can be. __________________________________________________________________ I created a comment in my PDF document that appears on screen when the document is opened, but does not print. However, I do not want the icon to print either -- I want the printed document to look EXACTLY like the original PDF before I added the comment. Is there a way to do this in Acrobat v5 or v6? If not, is there a plug-in that allows it? (Making the comment color white doesn't work; it still prints an outline of the icon.)
