It does not exist. There are many nice attempts but they all require much MUCH work after the magic software has done its magic. The task is not that difficult once you have done it a few hundred times. If you are interested I can be of assistance with you task. Basically, I need something that will scan the document, recognize the portions of the document where interactive form fields will go (i.e. boxes, lines, radio buttons etc...) and make them interactive. I am desparate to find this software if it exists.
