Caleb - Try looking at OmniForm from Scansoft. I've used it in the past with limited
success. A lot depends on the state of the original form and the fonts/logos/boxes etc
used on the form. THere will alsways be some sort of touch required but you don't have
to start from scratch.

I have a large number of PDF forms that are not interactive. The company I work for
usually just prints the form, and fills it out by hand.
Is there any tool I can use that will automatically recognize portions of the pdf file
where form fields Should be?
Basically, I need something that will scan the document, recognize the portions of the
document where interactive form fields will go (i.e. boxes, lines, radio buttons
etc...) and make them interactive.
I am desparate to find this software if it exists. I have been searching the web for
over a week now with no luck.
thanks
