Gary I think what nay be happening is that you have the docs set to view continuous, so when you set your book mark you THINK the view is setting to Heading 2, but that's just coincidental because it's directly above where Acrobat knows the view is at the time which is art the top of page 3. I was able to reset the bookmark properties and it stuck.
