Global Graphics Jaws PDF Courier is an excellent solution, my company is a Jaws PDF Courier ASI in Australia. However it is an SDK and the barrier to entry may be a little high for 10 clients. We have turned it into a finished product available on subscription which can be up and running in about 24 hours.

With that wide range, the only solution I know of is Global
Graphics' PDF Courier product
(http://www.globalgraphics.com/software/pdf/pdf_courier.html). It
includes printer drivers for both Mac OS 9 and Windows that you can
preset with your configurations and can then transfer the files back
to you.
