Under normal circumstances, no.
The latest PDF format understand Job Ticketing. Job Ticketing is an header that provides information to the selected printer for print output request eg tray selection. JDF - Job Definition Format for controlling printer configuration.
When used in certain workflows, that may be based on JDF or other job ticketing solutions, you CAN get such options - but they are driven by the job ticket and NOT by the PDF itself.
