Yes, Dov, but when I try printing to a Postscript file from InDesign using the Adobe
PDF printer, with "Do not send
fonts to Distiller" checked, I get an error message telling me that when I create a
Postscript file I must send the
host fonts, and asking me to turn off the "Do not send fonts to Distiller" option.

I know that I really ought to create PDF files by exporting from ID, instead of using
the Distiller route, but the
Distiller-created PDF files are always much smaller than those created by exporting,
and so far I haven't found the
former to be inferior to the latter, as they are said to be.

I'd be grateful for clarification regarding this issue.

to click off the "Do not send fonts to Distiller" and it's rather irritating and an
extra step I'd like to avoid.
Can anyone help me out
