Once I found your PDF file, it took me five minutes. Thanks!! I do have one question, though. When I use this template method to add four buttons to every page of my PDF file, the file size is slightly larger than when I do it manually (copy the buttons from another PDF file, paste them into the target PDF, and duplicate to all pages).
