MS apps use third-party filters for EPS import, and Visio has historically
used one for EPS export as well (remember that Visio isn't an MS-developed
app originally).  Very few if any other MS apps even export EPS at all. 

In any case, there's no Visio for Mac - the thread's getting a little
confused here.
