Let me be more specific.  I can create the PDF.  However, the only
way I seem to be able to get separations is when the Publisher
file print dialog is set to separations, resulting in a multipage
pdf, one for each color.

I would like to have a composite separatable pdf so that I don't
have to try to reimpose each separation in a layout program.  I
would like to do the separations in the layout program rather than
have a pre-separated pdf.
