Brent, As Lynn points out, you can accomplish this with FrameMaker 7. Though I haven't evaluated this software myself, XSL Formatter from Antenna House (http://www.antennahouse.com) is intended for XSL-FO conversion of XML to PDF. There's an evaluation version available for Windows.
