Unfortunately, it's not that simple.
You have to write a special "handler" in the PDF JavaScript, then register it with Acrobat and with the media in question (since you can have different handlers for different media - if you want).
And then your scripts in Flash have to do the right thing as well...
Adobe has made sample documents available to members of the ASN (Adobe Solutions Network), but the documentation about all the scripts that have to be written is still under development.
