Hi, Leonard.

Re the correspondence below the line of '======':

Could you please re-check this and be sure? I have tried it many, many times, both
using Acro 6 Pro on my Win2000, Word 97 PC and using Acro 6 Pro on my Win XP Word XP
PC, with both .mpg and .wav files, and it has NEVER worked. And I tried it again today
on both platforms just to be sure.

Specifically, I double click the icons in Word, and Windows Media Player opens and
plays the media. I convert the file to a PDF, and when I drag over the icon, the mouse
remains a 'grabbing' handshape, and does not turn into a pointing finger. And of
course, I click and nothing happens.

Or maybe we're confused about terminology: Yes, Acro 6 can PLAY .mpg and .wav
beautifully if you use the Film tool and the Sound tool to embed them after
conversion. It's just that it won't CONVERT them from Word.

It does in Acrobat 6 for the media types you mention...
