Please excuse a question like this from someone who is very new to this discussion group. My boss asked me to find out if there is an aftermarket program or plugin for adding Notes (like the notes tool in Acrobat) that is reasonably priced. We don't need the full up version of Acrobat for our authors. Any help would be appreciated.
