I was updating a group of files and found that the Bookmarks do not work in
Acrobat Reader 6!
The Bookmarks were created some time ago (probably Acro 4) and I have been
periodically updating the files since using Replace Page. The Bookmarks work
just fine in Acrobat 5 but not in Reader 6.
The Action type is "Go To View" with Destinations like "Page 2" (or
whatever) "File: ../Binder Index.pdf". Clicking a bookmark in Reader 6 takes
the user to the first page of the file, but not to the assigned page. Does
"Go To View" from Acrobat 5 not work in Acrobat 6?
Couldn't find anything on this in the archives.

I'd solved the same problem by clicking the bookmark item instead of clicking the bookmark icon !!!
It's a strange behaviour, particular to Reader 6...
