Adobe Acrobat Reader (which no longer is marketed by Adobe under that name, BTW) has licensing restrictions that prohibit developers from using Acrobat Reader to do editing. This is Adobes choice. Oh, and you can't make attachments to the list - if you want to share a PDF, you need to post it somewhere and include the URL in the email so we can download it, like the below http://www.jahn.org/examples/cmyk.pdf Nearly all PDF files are editable. Just not using Reader. Many applications are available that allow PDF files to be edited. Some are Plug-ins that work with the full version of Acrobat, others work completely as stand alone applications, made by, and sometimes NOT made by Adobe. Buy Acrobat Professional, as it was designed to enable professionals to edit and modify PDF files. Or buy something else. examples... http://www.jawspdf.com/ http://www.pdfzone.com/toolbox/toolinfo_extract.asp http://www.pdfzone.com/toolbox/czpdf2txtreader.html good luck.
