tools just do not exist in Reader. No touch up tool, no annotation tools,
nothing. What exactly do you do in order to edit the file in Reader??
What you probably have is a PDF form which has been specially prepared so
that you can type into certain form fields and save the file with the fields.
Such a PDF can only be made with a special and VERY expensive version of
Acrobat. I forget what it is called - Acrobat Server or
