You have to set up a printer to print to file on the pc. Go to adobe.com and download the latest adobe print driver for whatever OS they have on their pc. They will also need a ppd for a postscript printer. We use the brisque V4.ppd which is available from www.creo.com. Have your client put the ppd file into the system 32/spool/drivers/w32x86/2 folder along with their other ppds. When they run the adobe ps driver installer they want to use the FILE port for the printer and use the ppd that they put in the above folder for the ppd. Then when they print out of Quark they will select that printer and it will make a postscript. Make sure that the set up their font in the confige of the printer to download as softfonts. When you save as an eps you will only get single pages Hope this helps.
