The driver is IRRELEVANT since Acrobat (like Illustrator, Photoshop,
and InDesign) generates its own PostScript. The unreliable, buggy
printer FIRMWARE is the problem. HP has updates that may solve some
or all of your problems. You need to go beg for it.
