I  have all the three versions  of Adobe readers viz. 4.0 , 5.0  and 6.0 on
my machine installed and facing no problems. But the fact is that my OS is
Wint NT.

I  have not tried installing all verions of Adobe reader on
Win XP.

Perhaps your problem  has some connection with OS .
