You could either manage this via the PDF Profile (ensure you configure your colour management preferences first) or via an actions list ... or even via the Inspector palette .....

PitStop can do this, as can PDF Enhancer (http://www.apago.com/enhancer.html).
using the same profile, Commercial Sheetfed2, that we used in Photoshop.
Enhancer will do a better job with profiles than PitStop will...
