i.e. when printed on a duplex printer make sure that some pages are always printed on the front by adding a blank page on the back of single sided pages.
You would have to write an Acrobat plugin (in C/C++) that would be installed on all machines that would be doing printing, to handle this - no way to do so using any other method...
