Hi, I merge several PDF into one (plug-in appraoch, Acrobat full 5, Windows). If I import the PDF with its bookmarks, they appear, as documented, at the root level. My question is: As I generate some bookmarks dynamically, how can I place the imported bookmark exactly where I want it to be, under one of my generated bookmarks?
