PDFdev is a service provided by PDFzone.com | http://www.pdfzone.com

You can move Bookmarks where you wish using JS.
Example taken from the JavaScript Guide:

// Take the first child bookmark and move it to the end of the bookmarks.
var bm = bookmarkRoot.children[0];
bookmarkRoot.insertChild(bm, bookmarkRoot.children.length);

Would this not help you without the need for a plugin ?
