Forgive me for being blunt, but:
So what?
It's html, it wraps differently (or should) when you resize the window.
What difference does it make?
Having said that, Acrobat's web capture might work for you. Acrobat
(version 5+) can open web pages and convert them to PDF.
Acrobat 5: File->Open web page... (ctrl+shift+o)
Acrobat 6: File->Create PDF->From web page... (ctrl+shift+o again)
Might give you the fidelity you want, but I still question the need for that
fidelity in the first place. On the other hand, the pages are always
8.5x11, so the area the text is being wrapped into might change enough to
cause the text to wrap differently regardless of font metrics.
Oh and adobe's font tech is generally far better than pretty much everyone.
Chances are they're paying attention to some font attribute that's being
ignored by IE, like kerning.
