Acrobat 5: File->Open web page... (ctrl+shift+o)
Acrobat 6: File->Create PDF->From web page... (ctrl+shift+o again)

Even better, is that with Acrobat 6 on Windows, you get a "Create Adobe PDF" toolbar button RIGHT INSIDE OF IE! So you don't even need to switch you and type anything - just click the button adn the current page will be turned inot a PDF.
